The Animal Care Manager is a full-time, permanent position that is the lead on ensuring animals at the Yukon Wildlife Preserve are well cared for. The animal keeper is responsible for the day-to-day husbandry of the animal collection and issues pertaining to wildlife across the zoo; maintaining the quality standards of accredited zoological practices. The animal keeper will maintain high standards of maintenance and care for a diverse collection of animals. Responsibilities include: animal husbandry and welfare, exhibit maintenance, guest services, diet preparation, enrichment, record keeping and related duties as required.
