
CAZA MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Members of the Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums play an important role in the preservation of our heritage. Each accredited institution has been approved by the CAZA Board, and fulfills the CAZA Code of Professional Ethics. Why Become a Member of CAZA?
Membership allows you to:
- Make contacts and exchange information with others in your profession
- Have access to the on-line members directory.
- Receive CAZA News six times a year
- Register for the annual CAZA conference at a reduced rate
- As an institution, have your facility recognized through CAZA's Accreditation program
- Be eligible for nomination to voluntary positions on the Board of Directors (Fellow members only)
- Participate in and seek advice from Committees of the Board
- Have input into legislative matters and government policy affecting the zoo and aquarium industry
- Be part of, and demonstrate your support for, a national association that represents your interests
